Xero congratulates New Zealand’s Sunday Star-Times Top 30 Accounting Firms

Last week, the Sunday Star-Times Top 30 Accounting Firms, sponsored by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) was announced.

On behalf of everyone at Xero, I would like to extend a huge congratulations to all those who were named.

I am also thrilled to be able to say that all 30 firms are Xero partners, with more than half using our cloud technology to manage their practice. We personally see how hard these firms work to maintain and build on the integrity, professionalism and success of the industry, and it is exciting for them to be recognised.

According to CAANZ, “the features seek to benchmark accounting firms of all kinds, as well as highlight the richness and diversity of the accounting profession.

Firms were invited to participate in a survey containing questions on annual revenue, growth and diversity drivers. Data from participating firms was then used to  determine the revenue-based Top 100 Accounting Firms in Australia and the Top 30 Accounting Firms in New Zealand.

The central lists are complemented by a series of sub-lists ranking firms on the amount of pro bono hours per partner, number of females in senior leadership, the top regional firms and the most innovative firms under five years old.”
