Xero and OnPay: Helping US agriculture businesses & their accountants operate more efficiently

Now, farms and ranches in the US that use Xero will have access to payroll, HR, and benefits through OnPay, making it easier for them to focus on the unique needs of their agriculture business. The integration is aimed at enabling farmers and ranchers to operate more efficiently, plan ahead, and thrive.
The OnPay team is passionate about providing flexible payroll functionality to farms and ranches and their accountants. Our partnership ultimately aims to help agriculture businesses and their accountants save time and limit errors by automatically synching financial information.
For one low monthly fee, OnPay simplifies bookkeeping for Xero customers in the agriculture industry and helps meet the unique needs of their farm or ranch, such as automated filing of Form 943 and payroll processing for H-2A visa workers. And, OnPay provides custom solutions and personal service to help address challenges faced by agriculture businesses.
The integration follows a partnership OnPay announced last year with Magnify, the agriculture management software from Farm Credit Services of America, that was released in conjunction with Xero and Figured. This partnership provides payroll, accounting, and managerial software which help farms and ranches improve profitability and decision-making by getting a real-time view of the financial health of their agriculture business.
