It’s the most wonderful time of the year – and we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all our brilliant partners. Looking back over the year, which has been full of challenges, it’s been incredibly heartening to see how our partner community has come together to support each other and businesses.

You’ve all worked so hard to help your clients get through one of the toughest years on record. Thank you!

You’ve helped your clients navigate lockdown restrictions and understand the various government support schemes. You’re a trusted confidante who’s been by your client’s side every step of the way, wearing many different hats, while also navigating the upheaval of the pandemic yourselves.

So, this holiday season, we hope you’ll take some time to unwind, get together with loved ones and recharge, so you’re ready for 2021.

While no one can predict what will happen in 2021, we know that you’ll continue to help each other, your clients and small businesses. Because that’s what our community is all about. And we promise that we will be here to support you too.

As much as we’ve been physically disconnected this year, and having to work remotely, I feel that as a community we have never been more connected. As we wave goodbye to 2020, I look forward to continuing to work closely together as we beckon in a new year.

I’m also looking forward to taking some well deserved time to reflect on the past year, focus on the positive learnings and take some time out to reconnect with loved ones over the holidays. I hope you all do the same.

December is a particularly stressful month for a partner firm up north. However, since Andrea, the practice’s owner, managed to convince her famous (but rather traditional) client to switch to Xero, life has been a whole lot sweeter.
