Navigate from Hubdoc to Xero and streamline your work

The new year is bringing Hubdoc and Xero even closer together. You’re now able to navigate directly from Hubdoc to the corresponding transaction in Xero to streamline your workflow.

All documents published to Xero from Hubdoc have a link in Hubdoc under the ‘publish details’ that allows you to click directly through to the transaction in Xero from the published document in Hubdoc.

This new functionality is particularly useful for those who capture a bill with Hubdoc and like to pay the bill right away. You can easily navigate from Hubdoc to view the bill in Xero and pay it there and then. From there, reconcile with just one click to create an up-to-date view of your books.

Our product teams are currently working to deepen the integration between the two products, including their look and feel. This is one of many updates you’ll see over the coming months, to create a more seamless experience.

Hubdoc is included in some Xero plans and is easy to set up from within Xero. For our partners, it’s also part of the partner program, so you can earn points for using Hubdoc with your Xero practice organisation. Learn more about Link to Xero.
