How we’re helping businesses affected by Hurricane Harvey

The recent force of nature, Hurricane Harvey, which brought devastating flooding to parts of Texas and Louisiana has shocked us all.

The Houston and surrounding communities are going through a particularly challenging time. Livelihoods and businesses have been disrupted, homes and infrastructure destroyed, and tragically, lives have been lost.

Right now, the focus is on getting people to safety. But for the next few months and beyond, we understand that those of you in these communities face particularly challenging times for your businesses. We want to be of as much assistance and support as we can, so you can focus on what’s important.  

We are reaching out to customers directly to offer some relief from their monthly Xero subscription payments. If you are a customer, please do get in touch with our customer service team to talk through the assistance we can provide.
