Fieldays 2019: Our invaluable partner community

And that’s a wrap for another amazing year at Fieldays!

Xero has been coming to Fieldays since 2014, with the launch of the “Farming in the Cloud” initiative with Figured. We’re here to show the agri community that implementing cloud technology can lead to long term sustainability – not only of your farm but of your finances too.

One of the key players of the success of any business is the advisor – and this is no different in the agri industry. Our trusted partners drive the financial sustainability of their client’s business, and we couldn’t be more honoured to partner with them in delivering this to their clients.

So we hosted some of our partners from around the country at Fieldays this year, to have them connecting with small businesses in the agri sector. The partner day was focused on the power of Xero and Figured and the opportunities that exist for advisors in the agri space. There were keynote sessions, panel events and lots of networking and learning opportunities from other partners and practices that came along.

We also took them on a ride in a helicopter to have a look at the Fieldays grounds, drove Isuzu trucks around an obstacle track, and explored the thousands of stands. It’s always so valuable spending time with our accounting and bookkeeping partners who help look after the agri community with us.

We’ve come a long way since we first came to Fieldays, and have put a strong focus on communities of purpose. We designed our stand to incorporate this theme as we bring together small business owners in the agri community, to help and support one another.

As the largest agricultural event in the southern hemisphere, Fieldays provides the perfect opportunity for advisors to see first hand the success of their client’s businesses, as well as to talk to prospective clients about how cloud technology can benefit their agribusiness. And we love being right at the heart of all of it, facilitating these connections.

Our advisor community is so invaluable to us, and it’s always a highlight bringing along our awesome partners to experience Fieldays with us.
