Easy bill and receipt capture included in Xero from today with Hubdoc
The big day is here! Hubdoc is now included in Xero Starter, Standard and Premium plans (Xero Early, Growing and Established in the US).

Hubdoc is a Xero solution, so setting up your Hubdoc account is easy from within Xero. Next time you log into Xero, you’ll find Hubdoc in the drop-down menu. Clicking the button takes you through a few easy steps. Before you know it, you’ll start saving time by having Hubdoc as part of your day-to-day bookkeeping toolkit. Download the Hubdoc mobile app and get up and running by signing in with your Xero login.
Hubdoc allows you to upload bills and receipts using your mobile, drag and drop from your desktop, send via email or scanner. Once uploaded to Hubdoc, the key data is extracted before the transaction is published to Xero, with the original document attached. Transactions are matched with bank feed transactions in Xero, providing an accurate view of how your business is doing.
All of the bills and receipts processed through Hubdoc are securely stored in the cloud. This makes it easy for you and your accountant or bookkeeper to get a hold of them when needed. Plus, there’s no need to keep any paper receipts or bills around anymore.
