Certification and badge courses need to be completed by 14 June, before they move to Xero Central

As you know, we’ve been working hard to make Xero Central your intuitive hub for answers, support and discussions. And now we’re excited to announce that from 15 June, Xero Central will also be the home for Learning and all your certifications, education courses and webinars.

There are some things you need to do by 14 June 2019

The current learning platform won’t be available after 14 June 2019, and any incomplete courses won’t transfer to your new Xero Central learning profile. So we ask that you do the following:

If you’re in the middle of doing any badge or certification course

Please finish it by 14 June because your progress won’t transfer. After that date, you’ll need to start the badge or certification again from the beginning in Xero Central if you want to complete it.

If your Xero certification is expired or will expire before 14th June

Be sure to earn 20 credits by doing your quarterly product updates by 14 June. If your certification isn’t up-to-date by then, you’ll lose your progress and will need to do that certification again from the beginning in Xero Central.

You can see all your education achievements and anything that’s in progress now on your current education dashboard. And you can complete any missing quarterly product updates now for advisor, payroll  and migration certifications.

We’re here to help

We’ve created the new learning system in Xero Central to be personalised and simple to use – we’re sure you’ll like having everything in one place. You’ll be able to do your courses there, see your achievements and certification expiry dates, and know which quarterly product updates you’ve done. We’ll be in touch again on 15 June, when all your learning will be available in Xero Central.

If you have any questions about learning at Xero, find answers in Xero Central or get in touch with your account manager.
