MailChimp Integration

Xero* and Mailchimp integrate effortlessly so that small businesses and advisors never need to worry about having to update contact information from Xero to Mailchimp. Using Mailchimp in combination with Xero contacts helps you keep in touch with your customers by creating engaging, brand building messages through email, ecommerce and social interactions. Xero Support for Mobile – Android/iOS

Small businesses will now be able to contact Xero Support using the mobile app for both Android and iOS. This means you’ll no longer need to wait to get back to your computer in order to raise a support case in Xero Central.

Bills to pay added to Contact Summary on Mobile – iOS

The contacts screen now includes a bills section which shows a summary view of the total amount owed by the customer, overdue and unpaid bills. When clicking on the total amount outstanding, it will show a list view of the individual bills to pay. This helps small businesses better manage bills wherever you are.

Set up a payment service on repeating invoices

Previously, small businesses and advisors could set up payment services only in classic invoices, now you can also add it from the repeating invoice screen as well. Send invoices and accept online payments from credit card, debit card and PayPal. Learn more about setting up a payment service to get paid faster. If you’d prefer to use another payment service, you have the ability to add it, under the payment service screen.

Payroll Update

Auto calculation of Super on Leave loading – AU

Say goodbye to manual calculations of superannuation guarantee contributions, on leave loading. When set up, Xero Payroll now automatically calculates this and adds it to payslips, saving time and reducing errors.

WorkflowMax Mobile Job Attachments

We’ve added the ability to add supporting files to jobs while using the WorkflowMax mobile app. WorkflowMax will now support photos, written documents, audio and some video file types as mobile attachments to jobs. This will allow you to better manage your job documentation no matter where you are, and cut down the admin time spent when back at the office.
