Discover the truth about success with Sarah Robb O’Hagan at Xerocon Atlanta
If you had the elusive secret sauce of success to help guide your career or your business, what would you do differently? Is there a secret sauce to success? We’re thrilled to bring a keynote speaker to Xerocon Atlanta who will challenge you on these questions and more. You’ll learn how to think outside anyone else’s box and the most extreme parts of yourself and your business.
The underlying theme for Xerocon Atlanta is action. What better partner-in-crime to motivate movement than a powerhouse who offers a heavy dose of kick-ass attitude and inspiration?
Meet Sarah Robb O’Hagan, described as everything from ‘Superwoman undercover’ to the ‘Pied Piper of Potential’. Sarah will hit the Xerocon stage this June with her high-octane energy.
Building a game-changing career
Sarah’s background reads like a book jacket of potential-building and brand reinvention. The current CEO of the fast-growing indoor cycling company, Flywheel Sports, Sarah has been influential across some very recognizable global brands, including Gatorade, Equinox Fitness, Virgin Airlines, and Nike to name a few.
Being up close and personal with some of the most successful people in the world has helped her fine-tune her understanding of the secret sauce of success (we’ll give you a hint: it’s not what you might think).
But Sarah will be the first to tell you that this isn’t the truest account of her background. And in fact, her book, Extreme YOU: Step Up. Stand Out. Kick Ass. Repeat. opens with a disclaimer:
“The results I had delivered had been, at best, average. Sometimes I’d not quite ‘made the team.’ Other times I’d been a disappointment. At other times, I’d been what I can only describe as an epic fail. Yup, I’m that person who got fired not just once but twice in my twenties… Three years of what I fondly refer to as my ‘canyon of career despair’ — hardly a picture-perfect journey”.
Sarah is unabashedly candid about failure. She doesn’t hesitate to share how a blunt understanding of her own failures directed her toward the extreme position of honesty that brought about her success. She also shares the stories of the many people she’s met behind huge success stories.
From entrepreneurs to chefs to corporate executives to Olympic downhill skiers (even a world famous tattoo artist) – she shares the candid perspectives that helped them fulfill those dreams. Sarah has applied those learnings to her career in sports and fitness, teaching global brands like Gatorade and Nike to focus on their strengths, not the competition’s.
And it’s that place of humility and self-awareness that drove Sarah to the principles that ultimately founded a movement called Extreme Living and to write her book. Extreme YOU serves as a “fiercely practical roadmap for individuals, teams and businesses who want to get the most out of their own unique capabilities”.
Her message is one of truth, resilience and most of all, challenge. Sarah asks her audience how many times second-guessing others has caused them to lose touch with their instincts or beliefs. In her keynote, she will challenge you to take a moment for yourself and focus your efforts squarely on doing YOUR best. By doing so, she believes, you might just get further than you even knew you could.
