Today, the one-stop shop features a gastropub with 70 beers on tap, a full wine list & a from-scratch kitchen, even playing host to live music and events year-round!
Level Up
If you want to check out Austin landmarks and quench your thirst, check out the city’s only double-decker food bus. Serving fresh juices, smoothies & hot drinks with a nerdy flair, get your health fix and your art fix – the back of the bus is a rotating art wall, with new work from local and international artists adorning it seasonally.
Doggie Style
A food trailer dishing up house made, vegan hot dogs, Doggie Style prides itself on serving fare that’s sustainable, cruelty-free and oh so tasty. The owners’ mid-west background is inspiration for many of the styles of dogs and comfort foods they serve.
Little Lucy’s
Two words: mini donuts. Little Lucy’s primary outpost is unmissable on Rainey Street: look for a vintage mail van updated with a lick of bright pink paint slinging delicious doughy treats.
Li’l Nonna’s
A craft pizza trailer serving Sicilian and hand-tossed style pizzas (and other snacks), Li’l Nonna’s proudly uses all natural, all GMO-free, and organic ingredients – also catering to vegetarian and vegan pie lovers.
Machine Head Coffee
At the helm of Machine Head Coffee is Nolan Green, a veteran of the Austin coffee scene. Here you’ll find great coffee and treats from local vendors. Not to mention, Machine Head shares their space with a taco shop, so here you’ll get the best of both worlds!
Don Japanese Kitchen
Japanese craft-your-own donburi spot with hefty portions, creative toppings & novelty beverages in a light and open spot, not far from the University of Texas’ Austin campus.
South Congress Books
South Congress is a haven for quirky shopping, and nestled among the strip’s many eateries and cowboy boot stores, you’ll find a literary fan’s dream come true.
