Xero + Latino Tax Pro joining forces to help you build a successful bookkeeping practice

At Xero, we want all accounting professionals to have access to the tools they need to build a successful business. It’s why we’re excited to announce our partnership with the Latino Tax Professionals Association (LTPA).

LTPA is the US’ largest Latino-focused provider of tax education and related services, with 10,000 active members nationwide. LTPA have chosen to partner with us exclusively, naming Xero as their preferred accounting software provider.

In the US, small businesses are key to our economy, creating two out of every three net new jobs. A significant portion of these jobs come from Latino-owned business, given that, between 2007 and 2012, 86 percent of the growth in all small businesses is attributed to this community.

We have a large concentration of Latino accounting partners globally, and, through our partnership we will be provide more of the community with educational content and certification.

“According to the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, there are more than four million Latino-owned businesses throughout the U.S., with revenues totalling more than $660 billion,” says Latino Tax Pro Executive Director, Carlos C Lopez.

“This is why we at Latino Tax Pro aim to empower the accountant to better serve this market. By partnering with Xero, we look to provide the resources and tools accountants need to give successful advice to their Latino business clients.”
